 The Ambassadors for Personal Change Programme represents the highest distinction within the  PCM  certified community. Where our global community of Certified PCM Instructors are qualified to teach and embed the model, our Ambassadors are personally appointed by Dr Grant Van Ulbrich by invitation only, in recognition of their professional standing, their character, and their sustained commitment to the belief that change is, first and always, a human experience. This is not a programme you apply for. It is a distinction conferred on those who already embody what Personal Change Management stands for, and who carry that mission into the world in ways that extend our reach far beyond what we could do alone.
