1. By using the Scared So What Online Courses or App tools, you acknowledge and agree that internet transmissions are never completely private or secure due to data protection challenges. You understand that any message or information you send using the online academy or Apps may be read or intercepted by others, even if there is a special notice indicating that a particular transmission is encrypted.

You agree that we may collect and use technical data and related information, including but not limited to technical information about your Device, system and application software, and peripherals. This data is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services related to the App. We may utilize this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to enhance our products or to offer services or technologies to you.

3. The App may utilize location data sent from the Devices. You can disable this functionality at any time by turning off the location services settings for the App on your Device. By using these services, you consent to us, along with our affiliates and licensees, transmitting, collecting, maintaining, processing, and using your location data and queries to provide and improve location-based services. You may withdraw this consent at any time by adjusting the location services settings on your Device.

4. We may ask for your contact details, which will only be used for the specific purpose communicated to you at the time of providing these details. You can contact us to request the deletion of your contact information at any time, but please note that this may result in the discontinuation of your profile in accordance with our terms and conditions.

7. Additionally, when utilizing our PRO app systems, your employer or organization will have visibility of the headers regarding the type of change you have selected, including tick boxes and the write-in section where you can indicate other types of change situations. This is the only area they can see anonymously, preventing them from knowing your identity, thus allowing the organization to understand what types of changes are affecting members and to act accordingly in support of personal change management.

8. Furthermore, when using PRO app systems, your employer or organization will not see any quiz results nor will they access information entered in the SO WHAT section of the application. All activity beyond the initial change descriptor remains confidential and is not visible to the organization. When using the standard app, your data will not be shared with anyone outside of your control.

9. You may receive emails directly from SCARED SO WHAT Ltd periodically, offering tips and support on personal change management. This is optional change marketing support, and you can unsubscribe or opt out at any time.
